Epso CAST 27

Nella comunicazione del superamento della prima prova c'era scritto che il 26 settembre (cioè oggi) sarebbe stato attivato il link per inserire il CV nell'EPSO profile (io devo ancora fare la parte specifica). ma io il link non l'ho ricevuto. Qualcun altro è nelle stesse condizioni?

Non c'è nessun Consigliere psicopedagogico_ EPSO_CAST27 qui? Siamo passati in 20 da tutta Europa. Spero di non essere l'unica italiana tra questi candidati, c'è qualcuno qui????

Ho letto recentemente un articolo e mi sembra molto interessante :

"One nagging problem reflects the structure of the competition process in European Institutions, specifically the fact that the qualifications reflect a minimum level of education and experience, but not a maximum. That means that people often have compete for positions for which they are, based on education or experience, overqualified. People with management experience are entering at the professional entry level of AD5, people in management positions often have held higher level positions in their home country or other organizations, and some people with masters or PhD degrees choose to take the competition for AST positions as assistants or secretaries, as a way into the system. Specifically, according to the Research voor Belied study, of those entering in AD positions, 82% had masters degrees and 9% had PhDs, but for those entering as AST (former B*), 61% had masters and 7% had PhDs, and even 45% of those coming in as secretaries had masters degrees."

Ho letto in forum di lingua ceca che per alcuni profili (forse anche per il mio) ci sono pochi candidati passati (meno di 50-60) e per la seconda prova questi saranno invitati ad un colloquio a Bruxelles. Speriamo bene.
