Buongiorno, sono un neoassunto nella Pubblica Amministrazione, area sanità (assistente amministrativo).
Mi hanno proposto di aderire a un fondo pensionistico chiamato "Perseo Sirio".
Cosa ne pensate? Conviene?

(P.S.: alcuni colleghi hanno scelto di non aderire, dicendo che “si mangia il TFR”. Ma cosa significa esattamente?
Ho letto: "La quota del TFR e del contributo dello Stato, ai sensi della legge 449/1997 e come previsto dal DPCM del 20 dicembre 1999, viene rivalutata dal datore di lavoro in base alla media ponderata dei rendimenti di un paniere di Fondi pensione, individuati dal DM del 23 dicembre 2005, tra quelli con il maggior numero di aderenti. Durante la fase contributiva, quindi, il TFR risulta essere un contributo virtuale nella posizione del lavoratore".
Ma cosa significa esattamente "rivalutata"? Il mio TFR viene investito? C’è il rischio di perderlo?
